Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that it has today purchased 4,300 of its Ordinary shares at 864.67 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase the issued share capital of the Company is 20,685,642 Ordinary shares.

This figure (20,685,642) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
