Compass Group PLC announces that on 19 January 2017 it purchased for cancellation 10,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 1,417.7500 pence per share through Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc. The lowest price paid was 1,411.0000 pence per share, and the highest was 1,426.0000 pence per share.
