Compass Group PLC announces that on 17 February 2017 it purchased for cancellation 5,756 ordinary shares at an average price of 1,469.1500 pence per share through Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc. The lowest price paid was 1,449.0000 pence per share, and the highest was 1,483.0000 pence per share.
