Transfer of Treasury Shares

The Company announces that on 16 February 2017, 27,472 Ordinary shares were transferred from treasury stock and registered to Andrews Estate Agents Limited for the purposes of satisfying an exercise of member share warrants, at a price of £0.001 per Ordinary share, held by Andrews Estate Agents Limited.

Following the above transfer of treasury stock, the Company holds 135,317 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 438,878,839 Ordinary shares in issue excluding treasury shares. This figure (438,878,839) represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
