The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday,

29^th March 2017 at 12.00 noon in the Evolution Suite, Innovation Centre, 1 Devon Way, Longbridge Technology Park, Birmingham, B31 2TS.

The following documents have been posted or made available to shareholders today:

Ÿ Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30^th November 2016 ("Annual Report"), incorporating the notice of 2017 Annual General Meeting ("AGM Notice"); and

Ÿ proxy form for the 2017 Annual General Meeting.

Copies of these documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do. 

Both the Annual Report and AGM Notice can be viewed at and downloaded from the Company's website at www.stmodwen.co.uk.

Information required to be communicated in accordance with Rule 6.3.5 of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority was set out within the Company's annual results announcement issued on 7^th February 2017.
