Announcement re Chief Executive Officer

The Board of GBGI has been informed that Mr Bob Dubrish, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has undergone unplanned cardiac surgery.  It is understood that the surgery was successful and Mr Dubrish is expected to make a full recovery.

The Company wishes Bob well and a speedy recovery, and looks forward to his return to the Company.  GBGI has a strong and experienced senior executive team which will continue to manage the Company. 

The Company will update the market on this matter as and when required.
