Notice of AGM, Posting of Report and Accounts & Board reorganisation

Path Investments plc (TIDM: PATH), the energy investment company, announces that copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 have today been posted to shareholders, together with the Notice of the Group's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and associated form of proxy. The Company's AGM will be held at 11am on 22 May 2017 at the offices of Bond Dickinson, 4 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AU.

Further to the Company's recent admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"), the board of the Company is being reorganised to reflect the needs of the business going forward, while maintaining a carefully managed cost base.  Current Chief Financial Officer, Rakesh Patel, will step down from the board at the AGM, but will continue to provide financial and accountancy services to the Company. In addition, Donal Boylan has provided notice to the Company that he will be resigning as a non-executive director of the Company from the date of the AGM.  As a result of these changes the Company's board will comprise two executive directors and two independent non-executive directors.  As agreed at the time of Admission, the directors continue to voluntarily work for 50 per cent. of their contracted entitlements until the Company announces its first investment.
