The Company announces that is has today repurchased 3,636,210 Ordinary shares into Treasury at 99.95 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 30,335,562 Ordinary shares in Treasury.  The remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 186,506,233.
