The Company announces that, on 11^th December 2017, it purchased into Treasury 20,000 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.7300 per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds 2,243,721 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 275,675,232. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
