The Company announces that is has today repurchased 750,908 Ordinary shares into Treasury at 96.07 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 42,540,028 Ordinary shares in Treasury.  The remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 174,301,767.
