JPMorgan Russian Securities plc has today purchased 114,300 ordinary shares for cancellation at 540.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the number of ordinary shares in issue is 51,796,812.

The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Any shares held in Treasury would only be re-issued at a premium to net asset value.
