Issue of equity

The Company announces that it has issued 50,000 new Ordinary shares of 5 pence each fully paid for cash at a price of 487.50 pence per share under its Ordinary share Block Listing facility. The new Ordinary shares rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary shares.

Following the issue of the Ordinary shares, the Company's issued share capital will be 33,551,416 Ordinary shares with no shares being held in treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 33,551,416.

Total voting rights

The above figure (33,551,416) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
