The Company announces that, on 23^rd February 2018, it purchased into Treasury 138,759 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.8406 per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds 3,995,621 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 273,923,332. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
