The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce the appointment of Praxis Fund Services Limited as its Company Secretary to replace Carey Commercial Limited with effect from 22 April 2019.

 

With effect from 22 April 2019, the registered office of the Company will be Sarnia House, Le Truchot, St. Peter Port, Guernsey.
