Directors / PDMR Dealings
Cenkos has a Deferred Bonus Scheme (the "Scheme") whereby applicable employees, including Executive Directors of the Company, may be granted a restricted share award over Ordinary shares in the Company. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the 2017 Scheme, one third of the awards made under the 2017 Scheme vested, and on 23 April 2019, Paul Hodges and Joe Nally, Executive Directors of the Company, sold part of their awarded shares to fund tax liabilities arising from the vesting.
Accordingly, Paul Hodges and Joe Nally's new shareholdings in the Company are set out in the table below:

The notifications below, made in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation, provide further details in relation to the Executive Directors, and to certain of the Company's Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, who have sold part of their awarded shares under the Scheme to fund tax liabilities arising from the vesting under the 2017 Scheme (and where applicable under the 2015 and 2016 Schemes).
As at 23 April 2019, the Company has 56,694,783 Ordinary Shares in issue.
