The Company announces that it has today repurchased 164,745 Ordinary shares into Treasury at 87.08 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction the Company holds 97,940,522 Ordinary shares in Treasury.  The remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 118,901,273.
