Further to the previous announcements made by Matomy Media Group Ltd. (LSE: MTMY, TASE: MTMY.TA) (the "Company") on August 5, 2019 (RNS number: 8653H), regarding the Company's estimation of the feasibility of reaching an agreement with a potential purchaser (the "Potential Purchaser") that was designated by Rainmaker Investments GmbH ("Rainmaker"), for the shares of Team Internet AG ("Team Internet") owned by the Company, the Company hereby announces that as was estimated, it received a formal confirmation that the Potential Purchaser is terminating the discussions regarding the sale of Team Internet.

The Company continues to pursue other potential alternatives, and in this regard has engaged in negotiations, in collaboration with Rainmaker, with other potential purchasers of Team Internet. Such negotiations have not yet resulted in a binding offer and there is no certainty that such negotiations will result in such an offer or in a binding agreement.
