Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 8,117 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 782.5 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 8,371,531 Managed Growth shares in Treasury.  The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 29,917,889.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 39,554 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 87.18 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 16,196,354 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 82,299,041.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
