Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 26,605 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 84.15 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 16,520,381 Managed Income shares in Treasury.  The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury 81,975,014.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
