The Company announces that its unaudited Net Asset Value ("NAV") per share as at 31^st July 2019 on a cum-income basis under IFRS 9 was 1,020.9 pence (NAV of £402.7 million) and on an ex-income basis was 998.2 pence (NAV of £393.8 million).

The NAVs have been calculated by Apex Fund Services (UK) Ltd.
