Travelers Company Overview

In April 2004, The St. Paul Companies and Travelers Property Casualty Corp completed their merger, first announced in November 2003. The new company, St. Paul Travelers, is America’s second largest commercial insurer and a leading provider of commercial property-liability insurance and asset management services. The company is also a leading underwriter of homeowners and auto insurance through independent agents under the Travelers brand.
