Elm Investments Plc is an Ofex Investment Vehicle established to invest in businesses in the financial, property, healthcare and marketing services sectors. The Directors of Elm Investments Plc are a highly experienced management team with significant experience in relation to small and medium sized businesses. They have extensive knowledge in chosen sectors and believe that there are a number of potentially attractive investment opportunities in these areas. The Directors will therefore seek to make investments in due course.

The Directors intend to focus on acquiring companies that:

* are cash generative; * with growth potential; and * have a committed management team, with a proven track record.
