LONDON (ShareCast) - Capital and Counties, the real estate firm which wants to redevelop a huge swathe of west London, now has a clearer idea of how much it will have to pay for land in Earls Court & West Kensington.
The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham has published a report which prices its holdings of 22 acres around the so-called "opportunity area" at £105m.
Capital and Counties would also have to provide “re-provisioning” for the 760 homes already on the site at prevailing market rates.
The firm says it has not agreed to the price but “welcomes” the publication of the report.
