BPTY Overview

Formed from the merger of bwin Interactive Entertainment and PartyGaming Plc in April 2011 to create the world’s largest listed online gaming company. The business is organised along four product verticals; sports betting; poker; casino and; bingo. The Gibraltar-based firm, which floated as Partygaming in London in June 2005, operates leading brands such as bwin, PartyPoker, PartyCasino and Foxy Bingo.
