Retail sales fall again in October amid Budget concerns - CBI

(Sharecast News) - Retail sales fell again in October amid weak confidence and Budget concerns, according to a survey released on Monday by the Confederation of British Industry.
The CBI's retail sales volume balance was -27 this month, versus -29 in September.
