FTSE 100 movers: Housebuilders gain; miners in the red

(Sharecast News) - London's FTSE 100 was up 0.4% at 8,809.98 in afternoon trade on Thursday.
Housebuilder Berkeley Group was among the gainers, having fallen sharply a day earlier.

Banks were also on the rise, with NatWest, Lloyds and Barclays all up.
