(Sharecast News) - European shares closed higher on Thursday as investors assessed GDP data from the eurozone and UK along with comments from US Federal Reserve chair Jerome Powell.
The pan-regional Stoxx 600 index finished 0.57% higher at just below 547 points with major regional bourses following suit.
