PRU Overview

Prudential Financial is one of the largest financial services institutions in the world, with approximately $432bn in total assets under management at the end of December 2003. The company, through its subsidiaries and affiliates, provides a range of insurance, investment management, securities and other financial products and services to individual and institutional customers in the United States and over 30 other countries. The company’s business also includes The Prudential Insurance Company of America, one of the largest life insurance companies in the US.
