Harvard International calls on Chengdu to act

Harvard International, a distributor of consumer electronic goods in the UK and Australia, has made an announcement stating that Chengdu Geeya Technology, which has put in an offer for the company, must either announce a firm intention to make an offer or announce that it does not intend to make an offer, by 5pm on 26 October.
