Henderson Group Overview

HHG is an investment management company, formed in December 2003 after AMP Ltd demerged its businesses along geographic lines. The primary focus of HHG is the Henderson investment management business. Its other businesses include Life Services, encompassing Pearl, National Provident Life, NPI Limited and London Life, and Towry Law, an independent financial advisory group.
