Portucel is a Portuguese pulp and paper company. The company was formed through the merger of paper producers Soporcel and Inapa into Portuguese government-controlled pulp producer Portucel. The company’s production is based at three mills: Setúbal, Figueira da Foz and Cacia. Portucel’s head office is located in Setúbal, Portugal.
