Reynolds American owns R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company; Conwood Company, LLC.; Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Company, Inc.; and R.J. Reynolds Global Products, Inc. In 2004, it merged R.J. Reynolds with the US arm of British American Tobacco, which has a 42% stake in the business, to create Reynolds American.
