BHI Overview

In 1987, Baker International and Hughes Tool Company merged to form Baker Hughes. The company is now a leading provider of oilfield services to the global oil and gas industry, providing drilling, formation evaluation and production technology used within oil and gas wells. It operates six business units: Baker Atlas, Baker Hughes INTEQ, Baker Oil Tools, Hughes Christensen, Centrilift and Baker Petrolite and employs approximately 26,700 people worldwide.
