It delivers software products that are designed to help its customers proactively and automatically manage their businesses through comprehensive systems management solutions. The group manages its business through four segments: enterprise data management, enterprise systems management, service management and other software solutions. Founded in 1980, the company runs offices around the world and recorded revenues for 2003 of over $1.3bn.
