CAH Overview

Originally Cardinal Foods, a food wholesaler, the company began its transformation in the early 1980s to become Cardinal Health, the largest provider of health care products and services in the world. The company develops, manufactures, packages and markets products for patient care, develops drug-delivery technologies, distributes pharmaceuticals and medical, surgical and laboratory supplies and offers consulting and other services and generates annual revenues of more than $50bn.
