FTR Overview

Telecommunications company, Citizens Communications, provides wireless communications services in rural areas and small and medium-sized towns and cities as an incumbent local exchange carrier (ILEC). The ILEC service operates under the Frontier name. Citizens also provides local exchange carrier services to business customers and other communications carriers in certain metropolitan areas in the western United States through its wholly owned subsidiary, Electric Lightwave.
