CCE Overview

Coca-Cola Enterprises is the world's largest marketer, producer, and distributor of products of The Coca-Cola Company, which owns about 37% of the company. Coca-Cola Enterprises sells approximately 80% of The Coca-Cola Company's bottle and can volume in North America and is the sole licensed bottler for products of The Coca-Cola Company in Belgium, continental France, Great Britain, Luxembourg, Monaco, and the Netherlands. The company employs approximately 74,000 people who operate 454 facilities throughout the United States, Canada and Western Europe, generating annual revenues of approximately $17bn.
