ConocoPhillips Overview

Houston-based ConocoPhillips is an international, integrated global energy company operating in more than 40 countries. The company has four core activities worldwide: Petroleum exploration and production; Petroleum refining, marketing, supply and transportation; Natural gas gathering, processing and marketing; and Chemicals and plastics production and distribution. ConocoPhillips ranks as the largest refiner in the United States and the third-largest integrated energy company in America based on market capitalization, oil and gas proved reserves and production. Annual revenues for 2003 were $105.1bn and total assets hit $82.5bn.
