FII Overview

With assets under management of approximately $198bn in 136 mutual funds and various separately managed accounts, Federated Investors is one of the largest investment managers in the United States. Its principal source of revenue is investment advisory fee income earned by various subsidiaries of Federated. Founded in 1955, the company now delivers a diversified product line to financial intermediaries, enabling them to reach a variety of investment goals for their clients.
