FPL Overview

FPL Group is a public utility holding company and one of America’s leading power companies. The group operates three principal subsidiaries: Florida Power & Light Company, which provides electric power and energy services to more than 4m businesses and homes in Florida; FPL Energy, which operates power plants across the US and is a leading generator of wind energy; and FPL FiberNet, a provider of fibre-optic services and cable to telecom-related companies in Florida.
