Kohls Corp. Overview

Kohl's Corporation is a family-focused specialty department store operator targeted at predominantly middle-income customers. Its stores offer national brand apparel, shoes, accessories and home products from the likes of Dockers, Lee, Levi's, Champion, Jockey, Playtex and Reebok. Founded in 1962 by the Kohl family in Milwaukee, by 1 February 2003, the company operated 457 stores in 33 states.
