Lincoln Financial Group is the marketing name for Lincoln National Corporation (LNC), a holding company engaged in multiple insurance and investment management businesses. The company conducts its business through its subsidiaries, which include Lincoln National Life Insurance Company, First Penn-Pacific Life Insurance Company, Lincoln Life & Annuity Company of New York, Delaware Management Holdings, Lincoln National (UK) plc, Lincoln Financial Advisors and Lincoln Financial Distributors. In 2003, the group boasted consolidated assets of over $100bn.
