Drug wholesaler, McKesson Corporation, is the leading provider of supply, information and care management products and services aimed at reducing costs and improve quality across the healthcare industry. The company, founded in 1833, now ranks as the 20th largest industrial company in the United States and operates through three business segments: Pharmaceutical Solutions, which distributes services and products throughout North America; Medical-Surgical Solutions distributes supplies and equipment within the United States; and Information Solutions, which provides a range of services to healthcare organisations throughout North America, certain European countries and the UK.
