Founded in 1986, Office Depot is one of the world's largest sellers of office products, serving customers in the United States and Canada and 21 other countries under the Office Depot, Viking Office Products, Viking Direct, 4Sure.com, Guilbert and NiceDay brand names. The group distributes its products via stores, direct mail, contract delivery, the Internet and business-to-business electronic commerce, and is the world's number two online retailer. Office Depot employs nearly 50,000 people worldwide.
