PNC Overview

The PNC Financial Services Group is one of the nation's largest diversified financial services organisations. It operates businesses that provide regional community banking, wholesale banking, wealth management, asset management and global fund processing services. The company conducts its business directly and through subsidiaries, including PNC Bank, its principal bank subsidiary. Certain products and services are provided nationally, while others are offered only in the group’s primary geographic markets in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Ohio and Kentucky. The group also provides some banking, asset management and global fund processing services internationally.
