AT&T Overview

Communications products and services provider, SBC Communications, owns several of the world's leading data, voice and Internet services providers. SBC and its subsidiaries deliver a full range of voice, data, networking and e-business services, as well as directory advertising and publishing. These products and services are marketed under numerous brands, including SBC Yahoo!, its alliance with Yahoo!. SBC also own 60% of Cingular Wireless, its joint venture with BellSouth Corporation. Cingular Wireless is the second-largest wireless provider in the United States.
