ALD Overview

Allied is a Pacific Rim gold producer with production, exploration and development projects in what the company describes as the copper/gold rich countries of Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands. The outfit, which was founded in 2003, is still small sized in terms of market capitalization. Its major assets are the Simberi gold mine in the Tabar Islands of Papua New Guinea and the Gold Ridge mine in the Solomon islands. Allied Gold Mining Plc is listed on the LSE, ASX, and TSX.
