Sysco Corp. Overview

SYSCO Corporation is North America's largest foodservice marketer and distributor. It provides food and related products and services to approximately 420,000 restaurants, healthcare and educational facilities, lodging establishments and other foodservice customers. SYSCO distributes products such as frozen foods, canned and dry goods, fresh meats, imported specialties and fresh produce. It also supplies non-food items, including paper products, tableware, restaurant and kitchen equipment and supplies, medical and surgical supplies, and cleaning supplies. The company employs more than 47,000 people in over 140 locations throughout the United States and Canada.
