Gap Inc. Overview

Founded in 1969, Gap is now one of the world’s leading specialty retailers, offering clothing, accessories and personal care products for men, women, children and babies under the Gap, Banana Republic and Old Navy brand names. The San Francisco-based company operates more than 4,000 stores in over 3,000 locations in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, France, Japan and Germany.
