Transocean Ltd. Overview

Formerly known as Transocean Sedco Forex, Transocean is the world's largest offshore drilling company. Its fleet consists of high-specification semisubmersibles and drillships, Jackup Rigs and other assets utilised in the support of offshore drilling activities. Transocean serves global energy firms, national petroleum companies and independent operators in offshore drilling markets that include the US Gulf of Mexico and eastern Canada, Brazil, the UK and Norwegian sectors of the North Sea, West Africa, Asia, including Australia, the Middle East, India and the Mediterranean.
